my trackball wont go down i cleaned so many times still it goes up to sides but not down it been like for like 1 month dunt know what to do… its a sidekick 2008

My sidekick LX accidentally fell in the toilet and it works but after the key guard locks and I unlock it, My trackball wont work and my panel buttons are not working right and the square button on the left works it just skips all the apps to the last and back up to the first. I dont know what to do, Im not trying to pay 100 for a new phone.
