  3. I would but since it was for a different model than the one i was working on i trashed it. I looked for it in the trashbin on my desktop but i had deleted it already. :(

  5. can you send me your copy of the PSD you made of this proyect? I will also need it, thanks!

  6. It seems easy enough but I’m still scared as hell to try it as knowing my luck, I’ll break it even more. Maybe I’ll just take it to Apple after all…

  7. Thanks! Too bad i did it all for the wrong Iphone. The one i was working on was from Verizon and was a bit different inside. My friend had bought the wrong front and back to it also so i couldnt put her phone back together yet. She still hasnt gotten the right parts and the pieces of her poor phone are in a pile on my desk with opened up ziploc baggie taped over them and my homemade screwmat.

  8. LOL I bleeped it didn’t I? I’m a New Yorker born and raised. We are a cursing people. :) Thanks for the compliments!

  9. You MIGHT have damaged the cable by bending it that way, try to smooth it out, they put it back together and try again. The touch sensor and the display are different cables, so it’s possible that one works and the other wont. Good luck!

  10. is it this difficult if your phone isnt cracked…? i thought putting the front screen on would be a piece of cake.

  11. This is a great video. Informative, clear, and thorough. Only suggestion I could make would be to mention the wire mesh ear piece. Perhaps the phone-docters come with this (bonus) but mine didn’t and I had to transfer it myself.

  12. #3 happened to me as well. You have to make sure the connector on the new screen is pushed all the way through the frame when you first put it on. It is VERY to miss this.
