Yes, it works for the Sidekick 08, but all of my contacts are gone.

Thanks for the Feedback. If you have the Sidekick Data Plan then your contacts will come back in a few hours. If no data plan, then they won’t. Danger backups all of that on their servers.

when you get that error on the phone its actually letting you kno that your sidekick is in the early steps of crashing..this does help sometimes..if it still persists call sidekick tech and let us kno wat the imei number is on your phone bc if we have the wrong imei in the system this does play into effect for the error that you keep getting on your phone..also try to turn your phone off at least an hr a day that way your phone can get the updates sent to it..

I have a sidekick Lx. Only had it a while. But anyways its stuck on the 4 icons and its been like this for alost 3 weeks already. they wont give me a replacement cuz its a prepaid plan. Anyways it goes to the 4 icons. sits for 5 mins and then just turns off.

i have the sidekick08, when i put in the micro sd chip, it turns off after about a min aan jst keeps rebooting after a min in the main screan, i tryed the steps on top an still same problem. i think this is the problem every1 is getting with there sidekicks08
