On my Sony Ericsson Z750a I accidentally erased a video clip that was saved in my phone's memory. I did not have the clip backed up anywhere that I am aware of. Is anybody aware of any tricks or anything that can help me get the video clip back? I already e-mailed the tech support people at Sony, but have not heard back. Thanks...

I am sorry but you cant get that video clip back.
Ive had that experience once and ive tried everything believe me....
But the good news is that you can just record another videos....
Im sorry but once it is erased then you cant get it back.. =(

Does anybody know about how long it takes Best Buy to repair your phone and ship it back to you?

Question by Chris: Does anybody know about how long it takes Best Buy to repair your phone and ship it back to you?
My phone was messing up on me so i brought it to best buy because i have their insurance plan, and i had them send it off to get repaired.I was just curious if anyone knew about how long the whole process takes. The sales rep said 2 to 6 weeks but i have a feeling it could be longer. ANy feedback will be appreciated.

I worked in the Geek Squad for over a year, and I'd say average turnaround time for phones was about 3 weeks, but there were a few times when I saw it reach the 6 week point. Personally, I'd say if it goes over the month point, you have a good chance at requesting they just replace your phone with a new one if you want. Odds are better than not, if you're polite about it, they'd work with you. But usually it won't get to that point.

I've broken my iphone's LCD screen and i want to replace it into a new one. The iPhone is not On warranty. How much would cost me if I repair it in a local phones repairing shop? Thanks!

Sidekick 3 Shows 4 Symbols on White Back Ground

Sidekick 3 stops booting with the 4 Danger icons on a white screen

This is a post for ChicaJessa05 that asked a question from the contact form

The procedure below will not always fix this issue. It is the best solution that I have seen so far.

1. Remove the battery from your device

2. Flip open the screen

3. With the battery removed, press and hold the “W” key on the keyboard. Press and hold it and don’t let go.

4. Put the battery in while holding the “W” key. This is a little tricky but you can do it.

5. Keep holding the “W” key

6. The Sidekick 3 will boot to a screen that has a picture of a SK with Xs for eyes and stars spinning around it’s head. Kind of like it just got knocked out!

7. When you see this, you can let go of the “W” key.

8. After a few more seconds you’ll see a screen that says “Sorry! Please restart your device by selecting the Reboot button. If this screen appears again, contact Customer Care.”

9. Click the Reboot button on the screen, and hope for the best.

10. Try one more time if it doens’t work. It can’t hurt.

This is a fix not a workaround. If your T-mobile Sidekick 3 boots properly after this then you should be fine.

I hope this helps the sidekick 3 owners out there.
