    • ]]>     A hard reset of your t-mobile dash is useful for those times when it gets stuck on the boot screens. If your dash is stuck on the window screen and noting else fixes it, then try this procedure.

    Be forewarned that this will delete all the data on the phone.
    1. Turn off the t-mobile dash.
    2. Hold the two soft keys (the dashes to the left and right of the phone buttons) See picture below for location.

    3. At the same time, hold the power button for 1-2 seconds and then release the soft keys.
    4. When it prompts you to clear the storage, push the “send” button(green phone button).
