I broke my cellphone is, junk plastic now, anyways, I got the $ 5 insurance & my friend told me that they will only send me an old repair phone, I got a LG VX9400, I kind of want a different one but is not a must right now, but I definitely don't want an old used one, what should I do??

You will have to pay $ 50 dollars either way its a HUGE rip off. Once you pay the $ 50 to the insurance they will either send you a refurbished (same phone as you have now but was used and then fixed to look new again) or if your lucky you could get a new one. My lg chocolate broke once and after paying $ 50 bucks they sent me a refurbished one, in one week it broke ...they sent me another and it broke in a week again, then they sent another but this time it was new.
